Subject: Upcycling

Description: I made 3 race cars out of toilet paper tubes, cardboard, packing foam and push pins. First, we used scissors to cut the seat out of the tubes and painted the outside. I mixed blue and red to make purple, my dads favorite color! We then cut 12 circles out of the cardboard and painted them. Next we cut foam to put in the front and back and poked push pins into the tube to attach the tires. I chose this project because I had so much fun making toys out of recycled materials and I love CARS!
