Maggie Laureano

Maggie Laureano serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. She leads all aspects of the company’s human resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, operations, talent management and payroll.

Prior to joining Endeavor Schools, Maggie led the North America human resources function at Bureau Veritas, a global services organization, where she transformed the human resources division into a high performing and customer centric function, in support of this rapidly growing organization. Her vast experience in human resources spans several industries including financial services, logistics, aviation and services. Maggie has a passion for helping companies create and maintain an exceptional employee experience, becoming an employer of choice.

Maggie received a B.A. in Psychology from Fordham University in New York.

Maggie resides in Wellington, Florida. She has two daughters and fur baby, Mia.
