Description: We did a popcorn project using kernels. Kernels contain a center that is filled with water. Once heated past the boiling point, the water inside the kernel turns into steam. The steam builds up pressure and the kernel shell cracks and it turns into popcorn! I chose to share this entry because I made a Tiktok video with my mom. It was my first video. It was so much fun.
