Description: We made pancakes 3 different ways. We decided it would be fun to find a great recipe for pancakes. I really like pancakes. Sometimes my dad makes pancakes on the weekend. We didn’t know if his recipe was the best. So, we found three different recipes online. Fluffy Pancakes, The Easiest Pancakes Ever and Science Sparks’ Whisked Egg White Pancakes. First, we washed our hands. Then, for all the recipes, we whisked the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the whisked egg white pancakes. For them, we separated the egg yolks from the whites and whisked the egg whites into a meringue, and then folded them into the batter made from the other ingredients in the mixing bowl. We cooked all of the pancakes on a steel griddle on our stove. The fluffy pancakes were good but not my favorite. The whisked egg white pancakes were chewy. The easy pancakes were the best.
