Description: I created a project that was assigned by my Art teacher Mr Nathan. It is Still Art and I looked around my home to find. I selected a vase with beautiful yellow flowers and asked my mom if I could draw it for my school assignment and she said of course and so I did. I have been passionate about Art since I was a toddler. My mom is an Art student herself and a tour guide docent at a Museum. I always liked for her to take me there when she goes. I like exploring different mediums but my favorite is charcoal and pencil. Black and white are opposites attracted by simplicity. I am learning as I go but I have been drawing and sketching stories about My little Pony -which are my favorite. For 2 years now and people say I am very good. I hope that one day my Mom can introduce me to My little Pony makers and I can work for them in the studios creating Art Animation projects or making children’s animated story books. In the meantime; I also wanted to share some of these with you to show you my passion but I am submitting the work that was assigned for school. Which is the yellow flowers in vase. Because if I win; I want Mr Nathan and Ms V. to be very proud of me too. They are great teachers and so I hope you like it too. Thank You and my name is: Galena Maia.
